Welcome!

Welcome to the Mid Somerset Amateur Radio Club's website.

MidSARC was re-formed in March 2009 to provide an amateur radio club for Mid Somerset and its surrounding areas.

Everyone is welcome to MidSARC! If you're just curious about amateur radio and would like to find out more then feel free to attend one of our regular club meetings. The club's members and myself will be willing to introduce you to a fun and interesting hobby.

We intend to provide a mixture of talks and events throughout the year to suit everyone's interests ranging from amateur radio topics to communications technology and the media.

There are many aspects to amateur radio that interest people in different ways, so make sure you see our events diary page to find out what's happening this month and ahead into the future. Be sure to see the news page to find out what's been happening in recent months.

Thank you for checking out the website. We look forward to seeing you very soon.

In the meantime, may I wish you a sucessful 2012 from all on the MidSARC committee.
